Toddler Accidentally Killed By Grandmother Who Adopted Her In Philly Parking Lot: Police

A 3-year-old girl was accidentally struck and killed by her 46-year-old grandmother in Philadelphia Friday evening, news reports say.

The woman was trying to park on the 4000 block of Aldine Street when the girl came out to greet her, and was struck around 8 p.m., 6abc says citing cty police.

Both the girl and the grandmother were taken to Jefferson Torresdale Hospital, where the girl was pronounced dead.
